This is my first digital cooking thermometer.... now I'm wondering why haven't I discover this great tool long time ago!
This cooking thermometer has been very helpful with all of my cooking - meat dish especially. I've been using it every time I cook, now I practically memorized the guide card on correct temperatures for all different meat. The thermometer is very accurate and the temperature guide card helps to make the meat perfectly done, just how I want it. It will read the temperature almost instantly, just a few seconds. and it is made with care, great quality.
Tip: The stainless steel probe has to be open, just gently pull it outward to unsnap, for this thermometer to be turned on.
